Philip Milano - Director of Operations

Philip has an MBA from the University of Illinois and has been working overseas in Asia for over 12 years before returning to the States. During his time in Asia, Philip believed he should be a tentmaker while serving as a missionary overseas. While in Asia, he helped develop businesses and launch new divisions within established companies.

It was there that he discovered the amazing joy of sharing the gospel with the lost. This led Philip to plant two churches in Asia with the goal of reaching the lost in their local communities. This experience has equipped Philip to lead The Full Circle’s Operations with clarity, adaptability, and a global perspective shaped by years of cross-cultural work.
