About The Full Circle
We are a Christian nonprofit that empowers entrepreneurs in developing communities worldwide. We partner with local churches, pastors, and NGOs to break the cycle of poverty through sustainable business development.
It all started with a simple question:
"How can we truly help people in developing communities?"
Mike & Taryn Galvin
Mike has spent over 20 years developing residential communities throughout Florida after serving for 4 years in the Army. Taryn holds a degree in Marketing from the University of Florida. Together they strongly believe in the power of mentorship and the spirit of giving back.
Mike and Taryn met while both living and working in Atlanta, GA in 2001. They married in 2004 and have four daughters between the ages of 9-17. They have always considered themselves Christians but felt a deeper calling during a family mission trip to Belize in 2021. Apart from working and spending time with their daughters Mike loves running and Taryn enjoys the outdoors.
Bill Cousineau
Bill has a BS in Engineering Metallurgy from Western Michigan University and a MBA from Indiana University. Bill spent 37 years in various industries in global leadership roles where he excelled at building world-class organizations and turning unprofitable businesses into profitable businesses.
Bill became a Christian at a young age but dedicated his life to be a Christ-follower at the age of 18 while in the military. Bill and Kelly have been married for 30 years and have two children and seven grandchildren. Bill likes adventure so he hikes and camps off-grid whenever possible.
Join us in this mission. Together we’re better.
Today, The Full Circle operates in multiple developing communities across the globe, empowering Christ-following entrepreneurs to not only lift themselves out of poverty but to transform their entire communities. We've seen businesses flourish, jobs created, and local churches strengthened.
Our journey has taught us that true change comes from empowering local leaders and giving communities a "hand up" rather than a handout. With every entrepreneur we train, every business we help launch, we're working towards our vision: a world where sustainable, locally-led businesses break the cycle of poverty and create thriving communities.
Mission & Values
"Blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in Him. They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit." - Jeremiah 17:7-8
